Thus, we have tried to make the booking process as easy as possible for our guests and would like to take away the fear of possible consequences due to the Covid-19 measures, as much as possible. Therefore, we are offering FREE CANCELLATION or TRAVEL VOUCHERS up to 14 days before arrival if any of the following situations occur:
 

• Borders have been closed and movement is restricted in and out of the country (either home country or Croatia)

• All flight possibilities have been cancelled and guests can no longer travel to Croatia
   

• A family member or traveler has passed away or is hospitalised due to COVID-19 one month prior to the check-in date (proof required)
